Kicker's 48DCWR122 loaded enclosure puts a thumping 12" CompR sub behind your music. The rugged ported box was designed specifically for the sub, so you can count on getting maximum performance, no matter what kind of tunes you enjoy. Hard-hitting CompR sub. The 12” CompR subwoofer features a tough, polypropylene cone that stays rigid during intense play sessions so you hear accurate bass. A custom-designed back and top plate give the woofer plenty of room to travel, while the durable rubber surround helps to control cone movement during a heavy workout. The sub uses extensive venting in its heavy steel basket to shrug off heat, so you can count on reliable performance.

Woofers: The Kicker 48VCWR122 enclosure uses one 12" CompR series subwoofer. The Kicker subwoofer features a polypropylene cone with a Santoprene surround. The surround and cone are attached using Kicker's signature red double stitching, providing an outstanding bond.

Enclosure: The ported enclosure is made of heavy-duty MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with extensive internal bracing, providing exceptional acoustic efficiency and deep powerful bass. The enclosure is covered in sleek black carpeting for added protection and a refined look.

Forced Air Cooling: Kicker uses their SoloKon technology to join the cone to the vented back brace, creating a single integrated unit. This forces air through the motor assembly allowing it to run 25% cooler and helping eliminate distortion.
