Jackson JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS22 DKA LH, Amaranth Fingerboard Electric Guitar (Gloss Black)

Sadly my original order turned up damaged in warehouse and even more unfortunate is no one did anything about it until I called days later asking why it had not shipped yet. I was offered a lower tier "at a discount" which was just the extra money back from the other purchase and no actually "discount". Now they did try to satisfy when they found a return that matched my original order. Told me they put it thru testing and the only thing wrong with it is fingerprints and they would be able to offer $110 off! I said if there is nothing wrong then awesome I would love that. Even got expedited shipping. But when it arrived the damage was obvious immediately. Someone yanked on the whammy bar causeing the bridge mounting post to break the wood around it. When estimated for repairs, it was in the hundreds every time. So unfortunately I had to return it for a refund. This could have been very awesome and just turned into disappointment for my sons birthday. Customer Service reps were nice and courteous, sounds small, when disconnected they were able to reconnect to the right person.
